Personal Branding & Leadership Designed to help participants identify and articulate their assets and strengths. Through self awareness, understanding of character and personality types, they can better advocate and market themselves as well as others. Helping participants to understand goals and articulate visions.
Persevering through defeat and coping Designed to help build resiliency and stickability of participants when in pursuit of their goals. Once they return from Ghana they will return to their lives with a renewed perspective. However, they will meet with temporary defeat before arriving at success. Without the appropriate coping skills and mindset, they will give into their circumstances. Designed to help overcome setbacks in pursuit of their goals.
Defining the future you Designed to help make the paradigm shift of who they are and who they want to become. This session will allow participants to design their future self and articulate who they want to become, what they want to have, what they want to do, and how they want to give back. It allows them to view themselves globally and make the necessary habit adjustment to align values with action. It requires a character analysis of their future and present selves.
What’s got you programmed? Designed to identify the external factors that are subconsciously programming them. From the things they watch, to the music they listen to, things they read and hear in the news and how it is conditioning their results.
How is your past, associations and self concept holding you back? Designed to dig deep and understand what past experiences and associations may be holding them back. It is often difficult to let go of hurtful past experiences and friend circles to pursue your goals. This activity is to help shed led on the influences these factors have on us.
What is your greatest fear? (Are you running away from self or your environment?) Designed to bring vulnerability in pinpointing fears that may lead to procrastination and complacency.
